    There is ZERO customer service at delivery. They WILL NOT haul away your old appliances. They WILL NOT even remove your old appliances and set them outside. They WILL NOT install your new appliances. They are brought in the house boxed. And they WILL NOT tell you this at the time of purchase. I even asked prior to purchase if they would haul away old appliances and they said 'no'. I still thought that meant they would at least take them out and set them outside. What they didn't tell me was that I had to remove the old appliances before they arrived. I'm standing there by myself when my fridge arrives and they expected me (60 year old woman) to haul out my old fridge first!! By myself! Without their help or equipment! I miss Sears service. They did everything. Goodbye Leons!
